Great views from 17th floor! The room was comfy and clean, but the check-in process dragged on forever. They really need to fix the small shower situation 🛁

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Cheap, modest unit with a terrace as-well, a balcony, as for instance. Central location, at a medium distance from a domed shrine.

The room I booked was newly renovated and cheap, complete with a balcony, a whirlpool bathtub and a terrace. Had a shower, a hairdryer and towels in the bathroom...

Great views from high floor!

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Staff was always available. It was amazingly comfortable, newly decorated and with a great view. There were coffee and a kettle, which was great. The hotel had an incredible and marvellous location in a commercial area.

The beds were big, I slept well.

We had a such great stay in a long time. Enjoyed Haifa, the hotel was newly renovated and stunningly beautiful to many stores. The staff was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious with variety of choice! Location: the venue was near the center and the Baha'i shrine and gardens. Local fast food option Humus Abu Marwan was 15 minutes walk away.

The windows in my room had a beautiful view, but they were dirty, such a shame! Absolutely no water was available for us, and check-in took forever while some people jumped ahead. I expected at least a complimentary bottle or an upgrade for my troubles, but that woudl ve been too much, i suppose.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff provided excellent customer service, often hard to find. The room was clean and offered fine views from the 17th floor. Check-in took an unnecessarily long time, and the reception area offered no seating. Directions to the parking garage were unclear.

The room had a few maintenance issues, like the curtains not closing properly.

We loved the fine coastal views from our room and the staff were very accommodating to our family's needs. They even offered helpful tips for sightseeing nearby.

My wife says that the rooms could use more space for families.

I really enjoyed my time here. The room was newly refurbished, clean, and had a fantastic view from the 17th floor. The location was perfect, conveniently close to a bustling market. One downside was that the check-in process took longer than expected, which could be improved with better organization.

Loved the fine views and the comfortable beds! Chill vibe here, and the location is spot on for exploring nearby bars and restaurants.

But honestly, it was like searching for Narnia to find the heating controls! And the vent in the shower? More damp than a wet sock.

Great place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. The helpful staff even assisted me with my luggage during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable weekend getaway!
